The AASF guide details what's involved with constructing and operating an incubator, caring for salmonid eggs and fry in the classroom, and releasing the "family" into a local stream.
Nearly all of the information from the AASF guide for salmon is also appropriate for Brook Trout. Based on our experiences we have modified their material in a few instances so that it is accurate for Brook Trout. We have also expanded some information in the appendices to better prepare teachers and students.
